With a passion for navigating the complexities of the workplace, Sabrina focuses her practice on advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, including wage and hour regulations, workplace discrimination, employee leave policies, and employee relations.

Sabrina is committed to staying current with the latest developments in labor and employment law and takes pride in offering clear, actionable guidance that aids employers in addressing legal challenges. As a former federal law clerk, Sabrina’s exposure to litigation concerning wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims also allows her to proactively counsel clients to mitigate risk and, when necessary, to successfully handle all aspects of litigation.

Prior to joining Florentino & Grimshaw LLC, Sabrina clerked for the Honorable Daniel J. Stewart at the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Before her federal clerkship, she was an associate at a prominent national law firm.
